I'm a change-maker for people who want more

I'm certified in neuroscience-based change-work as an integrative life coach, which means I make use of both your conscious mind as well as your unconscious mind. It is a powerful way to coach.


I have a collection of techniques that utilise neuroplasticity to change your brain and your life. You'll learn how to continue the changes on your own, so that you won't need me as your coach forever.
